Our offers are exclusively reserved for individuals, for use without resale, for delivery to mainland France (including Corsica, Monaco, and excluding the French overseas departments and territories), European countries, China, Russia, North Africa, and North America.

An individual is a natural person who acts for purposes that are not part of their trade, craft, business, or professional activity.

Any resale of products purchased through the Site is strictly prohibited.

Only natural persons legally capable of entering into sales contracts for products offered by IEVA S.A.S may place an order. To this end, you declare to IEVA S.A.S that you agree to the General Terms and Conditions and, for the sales process to be completed, that you are of legal age and are not under the supervision or legal guardianship when placing your Order.

These General Terms and Conditions are intended to establish the sales procedures for products and services on the Site.

These General Terms and Conditions are available online at the main address of the Site and they are downloadable, printable, and prevail over any other reproduction medium.

IEVA S.A.S reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing a new edition that will apply to any order placed after its first uploading on the Site.


1.1. Placing the order

1.2. Confirming the Order

The order implies acceptance of the price, the characteristics of the Products displayed on the Site, as well as the delivery terms and conditions of the Products, bearing in mind that they are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks.

Before confirming your Order, you will be asked to declare that you have read the following provisions and expressly accepted the terms thereof.

To finalize your order, you will be invited to click on “Confirm my order,” and then you will be directed to the secure online payment page. By clicking on “Submit,” you agree to the entire order. (This action confirms the whole order).

Once the order is received, we send you an email containing your order acceptance and the dispatch of your products, as soon as possible. Information on Product availability is provided when placing the Order. Errors or modifications may exceptionally occur, particularly in peak periods such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc. In the event of unavailability of a Product after placing your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible, in which case your refund will be made no later than 14 days following the cancellation of the Order.

1.3. Online Order

You may create a personal account when placing your first order. To do this, you will be asked to enter a username, a password, and the personal data necessary for placing your Order, including your identity, your address, your shipping address, if different, your phone number, and the payment method chosen to process the Order.

As orders are only payable by credit card, you will need to provide the details of your card and enter the information thereon required to complete your Order, namely: its number, expiry date, and the cryptogram on the back of your bank card.

The username and personal password are proof of your identity. You commit to any Order placed through them, subject to the exercise of your right of withdrawal as defined in Article 4 of these General Terms and Conditions. They serve as electronic signatures. Your username and personal password are your responsibility, and you alone will bear the consequences that could result from any uses by third parties who would become aware of them, unless that knowledge is the result of a direct fault on the part of IEVA S.A.S.

If you forget your ID and your personal password or fear that a third party might have got them, the Site has a function showing you how to recover your username and choose a new password at any time.

Using your username and your personal password, you can later access the Site at any time to place your Orders.

With the same username and password, you can partially and/or completely access your personal data on other tools offered by IEVA S.A.S (the IEVA app and the various in-store diagnostic devices). It is your responsibility to pay particular attention to the information provided, as well as the Products in your Order, before confirming it. The Order processing system allows you to go back to your Order to change or correct any mistake before confirming it. IEVA S.A.S shall not be held liable for any mistake on your part when placing your Order.

1.4. Refusal of the Order at the behest of IEVA S.A.S

According to the provisions of Article L.122-1 of the French Consumer Code, IEVA S.A.S is entitled to refuse any order or to require payment in advance for legitimate reasons, including:

  • arrears or insolvency,
  • predictable problems affecting the delivery of Products,
  • the inability to provide evidence of your legal capacity to purchase or your status as an individual,
  • an Order placed in bad faith, particularly if IEVA S.A.S notices that you are trading in the Products thus purchased.


2.1. Price

The prices applied are those in effect on the day the Order is confirmed.

The prices are in Euros, all taxes included, unless otherwise stated on the Site and excluding delivery charges for the Products, as indicated in Article 3.1 of these General Terms and Conditions.

Promotional offers and prices proposed are valid as long as they are visible on the Site within the limits of available stocks. We shall not be held liable in case of stock shortage or unavailability of the Products. IEVA S.A.S reserves the right to change the prices of the Products shown on the Site without notice.

For orders outside the EU and the United Kingdom, possible customs dues may be charged by the carrier upon delivery. These are specific to each country and depend on the amount of your order. When charges apply, they are at your expense.

2.2. Payment of the Order

Orders are payable in Euros only.

Order payment shall be made by credit card (Carte Bleue, Master Card, Visa, American Express), Paypal, Alipay, iDeal*, Sofort*. You will be debited as soon as your order is confirmed. Cards issued by banks outside France must be international bank cards accepted in France.

IEVA S.A.S retains the ownership of the Products delivered until full payment and reserves the right to suspend delivery in the event of late payment, and this until the entire amount due has been paid.

In the event of late payment problems concerning the bank account indicated when placing your Order, the amounts due will bear three (3) times the legal interest rate without any formal notice being required.

For the EU zone, the applicable costs are in € and include VAT. According to the new VAT e-commerce rules in the EU of July 1, 2021, we apply the VAT of the country of shipment.

For the rest of the world (including the United Kingdom), the applicable costs are in €, excluding VAT.


3.1. Shipping costs

The applicable shipping costs are those in effect on the day it is confirmed that the Order has been validated. However, shipping costs beyond the control of IEVA S.A.S are accordingly subject to change at any time without the company’s liability being incurred. The shipping costs that will be charged to you are indicated when the order is confirmed. Shipping fees are complimentary under certain conditions. Please read our Shipping Policy.

3.2. Delivery conditions and deadlines

IEVA S.A.S delivers worldwide but does not ship to the following countries: Romania, Kuwait, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Congo.

IEVA S.A.S undertakes to notify you by email of the status of your order and provide you with a tracking number on the business day following your online purchase.

For all products, deliveries will be made according to the choice of the user.

3.2.1. By Colissimo within 2-8 business days, depending on the country of shipment (see details for each country in the Shipping Policy section), to the address of your choice, or to a collection point.

3.2.2. By UPS within 1-6 business days, depending on the country of shipment (see details for each country in the Shipping Policy section), to the address of your choice.

These delivery deadlines run from the validation of the Order by IEVA S.A.S.

Delivery deadlines shall be automatically suspended by any event beyond the control of IEVA S.A.S and resulting in late delivery.

Moreover, IEVA S.A.S shall not be held responsible and rejects any damages claims in case of delay due to any false or incorrect information you may have given at the time of the Order.

Possible customs dues may be charged by the carrier upon delivery. These are specific to each country and depend on the amount of your order. When fees are applicable, they are at your expense.

In case of undeliverable or unclaimed packages from our carriers, the item(s) will be returned to IEVA. The order will then be canceled and refunded upon receipt of the package by IEVA.

3.3. Checking Products

It is your responsibility to verify the number and condition of Products upon receipt.

In case of damaged or missing items, please:

  • express any usual reservations to the carrier by certified mail directly on the carrier’s delivery slip, but also no later than 3 (three) days after receipt of Products.
  • notify us within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery by certified mail at the following address: IEVA S.A.S – SERVICE CLIENTS ELENATURE – 9 Allée Irène Joliot-Curie, 69800 Saint-Priest FRANCE, keeping the invoice and delivery slip signed with your reservations.


If you are not entirely satisfied with the Products purchased, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Order to withdraw, without necessarily specifying the reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply return the withdrawal form [click here to download the form] duly completed and signed to the following address: IEVA S.A.S – SERVICE CLIENTS ELENATURE – 9 Allée Irène Joliot-Curie, 69800 Saint-Priest FRANCE.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-3 of the French Consumer Code, it is your responsibility to return the product no later than 14 (fourteen) days after notifying your decision to withdraw.

We will fully refund the item(s) purchased that have been returned to us provided that the products have not been opened, the protective film and cellophane packaging have not been removed or damaged, and the items have not been used.

The quality department of IEVA S.A.S, entrusted with inspecting the returned items, goes on the product condition after unwrapping the package. Therefore, we recommend you use robust packaging to avoid any damage to the product during transport; ideally, you should use the original packaging. The invoice corresponding to this purchase should be returned to us in the package.

We also ask you to keep proof of delivery of the packages containing the returned products, failing which IEVA S.A.S regrets, in the absence of proof of delivery, not being able to refund any order it does not receive. Subject to the foregoing, IEVA S.A.S shall refund you the price of returned products and shipping costs invoiced at the time of the Order if they have already been paid. IEVA shall refund you by bank transfer to the bank account used when ordering within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt and inspection of the returned products by IEVA S.A.S. IEVA S.A.S will only pay for any return shipping if the product refund is granted. Otherwise, any return postage will be at your expense.


5.1 Delivery

All events of any kind beyond the control of IEVA S.A.S, such as acts of God, force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision, transport services stopping working, thus delaying or preventing the execution of the delivery is, by express agreement, a cause for the company to suspend or terminate its obligations at its will, without compensation for your benefit.

IEVA S.A.S shall notify you by any appropriate means and refund the amount of the undelivered Order. A new delivery may be scheduled according to conditions to be agreed upon if desired.

5.2 Products

Products on the Site are in accordance with regulations in force in metropolitan France. When you click on the Product by visiting the Site, you will be presented with the features and information on the Products, in particular the capacity, the main active ingredients, benefits, and beauty advice.

IEVA S.A.S reserves the right to change the items offered on the Site at any time and without notice.


The information requested of you during the creation of your personal account is required by IEVA S.A.S to process your Order and to offer you several specific services, including the possibility of taking a hair diagnostic online (or soon in-store using a high-tech device).

Depending on where you log in, we may need to synchronize some and/or all of your data between different platforms, including websites, apps, and devices, to make them available during your connection.

All personal information will be collected on a system guaranteeing the privacy of your data and will be accessible at any time on the website by clicking on “My Account” / “My Information” – “My Account” / “My Addresses.”

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, amended by the General Data Protection Regulation Act of April 14, 2016, you can object to the processing of this data, and you have a right to access, to data portability, to rectify and withdraw the data concerning you by connecting to the home page of this site and by clicking on “My Account.”

These sections allow you to change your own personal data at any time. To delete your personal data or to exercise your right to data portability, please contact the IEVA S.A.S customer service department explaining the right you wish to exercise.

All these pieces of information, potentially supplemented by other details at the time of your Order, may be subject to automated processing for administrative and commercial management purposes.

The data is processed by IEVA S.A.S in accordance with the applicable laws and will be kept as long as necessary to achieve the processing operation. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.


Whatever the medium, all items published on the Site, including graphics, software, photos, sounds, videos, recipes, names, and packaging of the Products, and without this list being exhaustive, are the exclusive property of IEVA S.A.S. Any use or reproduction of any kind is strictly prohibited.


8.1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute concerning the execution of an Order and/or interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions is subject to French law.

In case of a dispute concerning the interpretation or performance of agreements between you and IEVA S.A.S, the court that has jurisdiction over your case shall be, at the plaintiff’s choice and in accordance with the legal provisions, either the one local to the defendant’s place of residence or that local to the place of delivery of the product or supply of the service.

8.2. The binding nature of the General Terms and Conditions

According to the provisions of the French Law of June 21, 2004, on trust in the digital economy, and the French Act of March 13, 2000, on electronic signatures, the act by which you submit your order by computer transaction, as specified on the Site, constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions in force on the day of the Order. The General Terms and Conditions on the Site thus prevail over any other condition of sale that may appear in other documents distributed by IEVA S.A.S for the Products. The fact that the Seller has not availed itself of any of the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions at a given time shall not be construed as a definitive rejection of the application of any of the General Terms and Conditions.

8.3. Confidentiality & Data protection

IEVA S.A.S shall take all security measures to ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the exchanged data.

For its part, IEVA S.A.S would like to draw your attention to the need to take all appropriate measures, such as regularly updated and properly configured firewalls and anti-virus programs, to protect you as effectively as possible against intrusions, attacks, and spread of viruses, to ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information sent to the Site.

8.4. Partial invalidity

The invalidity of any article of these General Terms and Conditions shall not lead to the invalidity of all the General Terms and Conditions.
